Chelsea joined 91社区 in 2019 as the Project Manager for the Illinois Helpline. She has over 10 years of experience working in community health, including outreach and engagement work with homeless and individuals with active SUD, healthy lifestyle program development for youth and families, and clinical call center management. Chelsea has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in public policy and American institutions from Brown University and master鈥檚 degree in public health with a concentration in health policy, management and law from Boston University. She is passionate about meeting individuals where they are to provide the most appropriate and equitable care.
